Hramblings: CSA's greetings
Needlelane sent out their first newsletter of the year. I thought it might be useful to know what went out in the group shares as an indication of what to look for Wednesday and Saturday at the Farmer's market. Most everything this week is from their hoophouse:
- Snow Peas
- Green Garlic
- Garlic Scapes (aka garlic tops)
- Bok Choy
- Garlic Chives
- Swiss Chard
- Lettuces
- Italian Parsley

We picked up our box this afternoon too. I'll see what Deb comes up with for a chard recipe, everything else looks easy or simply salad-worthy.
I raided the snap peas already. Yummm. I'm already feeling kale anxiety from the chard.
