Surly Adopter: Gateway DVD recorder firmware upgrade adds OTR

One of the features missing from the Gateway DVD player/recorder has been One Time Recording. If you're going to copy a show from Tivo to DVD, you really don't want to have to sit there and watch it. Setting up a timed recorder isn't a very good solution either. OTR allows you to create a timed recording on the fly in 30 minute increments. Gateway has posted a firmware upgrade that adds this feature along with many others.
