"Can I help who's next?" as a greeting to the next person in line.

Detained
Enemy Combatant
"Hello?!" as an interjection
IED -- improvised explosive device
"Is that it?" as a way for a cashier to conclude a fast food order.
Material Witness
Phat
Secret Evidence
"Sorry for any inconvenience" as opposed to "Sorry for THE inconvenience"
