Ann Arbor Enters the 21st Century

Comcast has finally given Ann Arbor the multicultural television channel it deserves. The Speed Channel, formerly Speedvision, is now available as part of the Ann Arbor cable lineup. I can now get my World Superbikes and World Rally Championships fixes in the privacy of my own home. Will trials riding be far behind?

In its transformation to the Speed Channel, it has unfortunately re-focused on NASCAR and NHRA drag racing. I like both of these, but driving around in circles at 180mph can't compare to people delaminating hay bales on their crotch rockets, or watching EVO and WRX drivers gouging out deeper ditches in the English countryside.
