Hramblings: My favorite movies for 2014
What an amazing year for movies! It was hard to keep the lists reasonably short. There were a host of great documentaries, lots of scifi, a smattering of action flicks and the usual outliers. As always pay attention to ratings. Not everything is aimed at muggles.
Update: Citizen Four won the Best Documentary Oscar. J.K. Simmons won best supporting actor for Whiplash.
