SemiSlug was well attended last night. We had someone over from Menlo Innovations to talk about Extreme Programming (XP). Extreme Programming is a silly name for a set of good ideas. Among them: use of automated test suites, controlled changes that maintain stability, emphasis on simple design, etc. Wiki Wiki is another resource on XP and a novel approach to collaborative web page construction.
