Another thing I've been fooling around with is going from two ISPs, two land line phones (one of which spends most of its time as a data line), two cell phones to one ISP, two cell phones, one land line and a broadband connection. Portable email addresses, poor installation of broadband and the like prevent any movement on these issues.
